Competitors in this division will go 15 minutes on each of the three machines. $60 individual, $180 for a 3-person squad.

Run, Row, Bike Triathlon (Fixed Distance)

Competitors in this division will row 2K on the rowing machine, run 2 miles on the treadmill, and bike 5 miles on the spin bike. $60 individual.

Medley

In this division, you must enroll as a 3-person team. Each teammate will do one of the three events (run, row, bike). $120 for a 3-person squad.
